Hello Year 25

I woke up this morning only to realize that another year has come my way. It’s so weird to think that I’m a quarter of a century old (yikes). Time is flying and I feel so grateful for the path God chose for me and the one I chose for myself.

Year 24 was so good to me (almost too good). It was a year of personal growth and realization of how fragile time is. I reminded myself daily that though I often lacked sleep, each morning I woke up excited for my daily adventure.

A few changes I hope to make this year are to live in the moment, take nothing for granted and wake up every day with the intent to make someone’s day better. I can’t think of anything more rewarding than doing for other.

As I set goals for year 25, I am realistic that trials and tribulations will come my way, only to put my strength to the test. These are the moments I live for- to prove what I’m made of.

This next year, many changes will be coming my way. From transitioning to a full time adult, to ending my career as a student- I am anxious to see where God places me. I pray each day that he leads me to where I need to be. On the days I’m confused with where my place in the work force may be, I’m reminded to trust my faith and trust in God.
