At Home Workout

It’s a SNOW DAY in Thibodaux! That being said, this girl is not heading to the gym. If any of you are like me, you may still want to get a workout in.

This is an at home workout you can do in about 40-45 minutes. Here it goes!

WARM UP:

Jumping Jacks: 3 minutes

30 Second break

Squats: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

Jumping Lunges: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

Mountain Climbers: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

Glute Bridge: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

REST

Stationary Lunge: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

Side Lunge Squat: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

Chair Knee Up: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

Sumo Squat: As many as you can for 30 seconds.

10 second rest: Repeat squats for 3 sets.

REST

Cool Down and Stretch
