Hello Gorjess-Office Makeover

This was such a fun project for me. Being an alumna of Nicholls, this project was extra special to be a part of. This office is FILLED with sentimental Nicholls’ memorabilia. I am in LOVE with the way it turned out. Pictures serve it no justice.

I would stamp this office as shabby chic meets gold glam. The gold accents truly make a statement in this office and compliment the theme so well. Special thank you to Katherine for trusting my vision!

Enjoy!💋✌🏼

Being tied to the furniture in this office, we really focused on the accents in this room.

This boxwood wreath truly makes such a BOLD statement on this wall and really compliments the old window.

How fabulous is this bulletin board!? Functional was my sole purpose for this bulletin board. I wanted to be sure it was big enough to be useful, as well as compliment the theme.

These small pictures on each side of the bulletin board are hand drawn post cards of various locations on Nicholls’ campus. Such a simple and sentimental touch to this Nicholls’ office.

We organized her desk so everything was in her reach while she works. Functionality is key.

The mirror makes this office look ENORMOUS. What I love most are the watercolor images, painted by one of my favorite artist, Hulu by Holly. This picture is of Elkins and the Alumni House.

More nostalgia. These are various locations on Nicholls’ campus. I love this wall.

I categorized her book shelves to go easy on the eye. I played up with the dimensions on the book shelves In order to make these shelves unique, as well as functional in order to fit all of her regalia and deco.

I decided to put a tray (with flowers of course) on her meeting table in order to keep all of her necessities confined to one space. This small accent truly ties the entire room together.

I absolutely love the way this office came out! It’s Gorjess💋✌🏼
